We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. 
ON any other cases return/refund is not applicable.


❗❗Please provide a 360-degree unpacking video, unedited for the return process. Ensure the video captures the item in its entirety, including any defects or issues that are the reason for the return. You must provide a video clearly showing the original labels, tags, and the intact box. If the video does not meet these guidelines or shows any signs of tampering, your claim may not be accepted. Please note that the brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.❗❗

Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Please Note that Most of our orders are shipped from international warehouses, so returns are not possible, and refunds cannot be provided. If you have any doubts about size, color, or other details, please contact us before placing your order

We do not issue CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances. All returns or exchanges will be processed as store credits. Customers will receive a discount gift card with 6months validity for future purchases.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 5 days of receiving the order. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

 

All the eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days of request and it should get credited to customers' account within 7-10 working days after processing.
